Mass Loaded Vinyl Barrier (MLVB) can be used in homes, businesses, theaters, music studios and many other places to help block sound transmissions.
Its versatile characteristics allow it to be installed virtually anywhere. Use it to block sound transmission from walls, floors, ceilings, HVAC systems and more.
The MLVB can be stapled or screwed directly into wall studs for new construction or existing walls.
Mass Loaded Vinyl Barrier is a soundproofing material composed of mainly vinyl with a combination of Barium; Calcium Carbonate and EPDM additives to bring up its density and weight per square foot. All supplements are completely safe for human use in soundproofing applications.
